Length of Stay Policy
Minimum Stay: 2 Nights (Single nights not permitted).
Short Stay Surcharge: A €40 per night additional charge applies to 2-night bookings.
Extended Stay Discount: A €100 discount is applied to all bookings of 7 nights or more.

Payment & Cancellation
50% Deposit: Due at time of reservation.
Final 50%: Due 10 days before arrival.
Cancellation: Less than 7 days before arrival = No Refund.
Damage Protection
A €240 security deposit is required at booking.
Fully refunded within 10 working days after check-out, subject to property inspection.
