Please review the following terms. By proceeding with your booking at Bayview Ridge Cottage, you are agreeing to these conditions in full.

1. Parties & Property

This agreement is between the Guest and the Host for the temporary use of the Property for holiday purposes only. Sub-letting or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

2. Occupancy & Conduct

• Occupancy: Limited to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation.
• Smoking/Vaping: 100% smoke-free property. Any evidence of smoking indoors will result in a professional cleaning fee.
• Quiet Hours: Between 10 PM and 8 AM to respect our local community.

3. Fees & Security Deposit

The total rental fee, including cleaning and service charges, must be paid in full to confirm the booking. A security deposit of €240 may be held and will be returned within 5–14 days of departure, provided no damage or excessive cleaning is required.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made [8] days before arrival are eligible for a [Partial] refund. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.

5. Liability & Security

The Host is not responsible for personal accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property. Guests are advised to maintain their own travel insurance for the duration of their stay.

6. Departure

Guests agree to leave the property in a clean and tidy state, with all rubbish removed to designated bins and all windows/doors securely locked.
